Reclaim his childhood. Make him a Christmas stocking and fill it with his popular childhood sweets and retro video games. There are plenty of shop that sell retro items so go crazy and encourage him to relive his youth. You could also leave him a note from 'Santa' to make it extra special.
Therapy. Not the kind that comes from sitting on a couch (although you can buy that too if you think they'll appreciate it, anything goes at Christmas time!) but more the massage and leisure variety. Everybody wants to be pampered a slight but therapy sessions can be admittedly girly so try to make it a bit more rugged. A sauna, a massage and an outdoor jacuzzi should float everyone's boat.
Make something. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - maybe you make killer chocolate truffles or epic mix tapes. Maybe you're the type of someone habitancy talk about when they want something fixing or a painting or.
